The exclusive, celeb flooded event will take place on the 28th January in West Hollywood and will be featuring a gala dinner, live broadcast of the Grammy Awards, incredible stage performances and a live auction to benefit Janie's Fund.

The lead singer of Aerosmith is partnering with Youth Villages to bring hope and healing to girls who were victims of neglect and abuse.
