How and what type of information de we collect?
When you sign up to our newsletter or to work on one of our events, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, location and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated in the form you are providing your data on and will be used only by LCS Events LTD. These data are mainly collected through the software Typeform.
In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to introduce our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Data collected by form will be stored on Google documents and on our company hardware. Some of your personal information such as your name, date of birth, passport information and ID photo might be uploaded onto our partner company’s closed software system in order to provide you with a security ID card to access the place of your assignment. This will be clarified to you when collecting these data. This is a must do procedure in order to insure the safety and security of all guests and staff members on our event locations.
How do we communicate with you?
We may contact you via email, telephone or text messages regarding upcoming assignments you might be interested in and ones you are already booked on. No third parties are given permission by LCS Events LTD to use your personal data to contact you.
