Janie's got a Fund

We had a fantastic opportunity to meet and work with an amazing bunch of people from Janie's Fund, a foundation started by Steven Tyler. Let me just start by saying that Steven Tyler's heart really is behind this cause and that makes a huge difference. Janie's Fund is an organisation that aims to support young women who have been abused or mistreated. A terribly suitable topic in this day of age.

The afternoon sun was still hot and high in Los Angeles when doors were opened and we began welcoming our precious guests.

Once they got their credentials from our lovely hostesses the cocktail area was waiting for them with delicious refreshments and authentic design. The team of V Productions did a great job with the venue setup and they transformed Red Studios to a chic Rock&Roll heaven.

The red carpet was entertained by The London Essentials while stars like Moby, Sharon Stone, Terry Crews and obviously Steven Tyler among others were giving interviews to the selected press.

To get ready for the Grammy broadcast guest moved to their seats to find beautifully setup tables with velvet touch and rustique charm.

During the auction people were offered the possibility to own a unique piece of art by the Haas Brothers, Christopher Makos or stay at Steven Tyler's villa for a week.

The night was crowned by an hour long private concert where Steven Tyler and the Loving Mary band got everyone out of their seats.

This inaugural event ended up raising a total of $2.3 million which is phenomenal for a relatively small first time event and so we thank our fantastic team for their hard work and professionalism in making this event a true success story.
